This is without doubt the best cover of Gonna Hitch a Ride.

The name of the song is "Hitch A Ride", NOT, "Gonna Hitch A Ride".

It's a VERY well done cover, but there are places where parts are played incorrectly (arpeggios at :50), and things missing (there's supposed to be another lead guitar at 2:02 doing bends in between the other guitars bends that simulate an echo effect, harmonics are missing at the end of the song). I would also say the tone of the acoustic guitar is way off.

Shameless plug... but here's my cover for comparison:

BTW, when Boston plays this live, there is more than one guitar as well.
Though honestly, it always amazes me that it sounds SO GOOD with how FEW members are actually up there performing it live.
And I don't know what the problem is with the Rockman..... the Rev 20 Sustainor sounds incredible!!!!!
I have no doubt it would have been recorded using it if Tom had already invented it.
Oh, and Tom had to write this song before these guys could have covered it.
