Very rare and cool item! 
Too bad for the beat up face plates. Preamp section could be replaced with one from any XP variant. Will keep my eyes peeled. Right speaker section not so much. Another option for either would be to recreate the graphics onto a vinyl sticker.
Since the grill cloth isn't original, no big deal. Easily replaced. And you could stencil the graphics.
But still a rare and cool item as is! Thanks for sharing!

Has the same grill cloth as my other 2, an they are mint original.

Interesting. I assumed the XP100a came with the stenciled grill cloths like the XP100. Learn something new every day. Thanks!
