Difference between Soloist by Tom Scholz and Rockman Soloist?

Difference between Soloist by Tom Scholz and Rockman Soloist?
Is there any difference? I've seen both on ebay but never seemed to find an explanation for the different name scheme.

Not functionally other than the side power jack. The earlier versions (without the jack) have SOLOIST on the front of the enclosure. The later versions (with the side jack) have ROCKMAN SOLOIST on the enclosure (although some of the first later versions also have just SOLOIST).
