Model 200 with Blue Faceplate?

So, this is kind of a weird sighting;

Looks like a 100 from the front, due to the blue lettering, but as soon as you see the back, it's apparently a 200?
Kind of strange.
Looks like they may have replaced the faceplate, or were some 200s released with blue lettering?

Definitely a replacement. No way 16,xxx had a blue font face plate!
