Hi everyone,
I use an X100 a lot for practice and am always fearful that it will die at some point, so have been looking at trying to recreate it's sound using Amplitube software (or at least get kinda close).
I am using Amplitube for ipad and currently have a tube screamer into the front of a Marshall JCM-type amp with the gain pretty high. I also have a noise gate in the front and then have a chorus and delay pedal after the amp. It sounds close but not quite there. Should I add a compressor and if so would I put it before or after the amp? I would appreciate any and all thoughts on what I may be doing right or wrong, or any changes any of you would make to achieve the legendary Rockman tone. Cheers,
Jon

Distortion
Noise Gate

Chorus
Delay
