Tom Scholz with Ampeg?

I have seen so much footage with Tom Scholz having an ampeg up there with all the marshalls they used during the 70s tours. From what I can see, either they were Brad Delp's or used as slave amps. I had seen several instances where people claimed he reamped the power soaked marshalls through them. Can someone help me out?

I thought for the longest time that the re-amping was what those were used for... But the more I read, the less I'm sure. So unfortunately I can't offer any help.

I think Brad was using them. Tom and Barry were both using Marshalls.
