Wow... number 2.
I've had a couple of these over the years... one of them from David Sikes that he used with Boston.
I don't remember which one I had, but given they only made about 20 of them...!!

Bob,
I know who has #1, and I know who has #18 (and I'm fairly confident that individual has another one, if not two). So with my #2, that accounts for 4. But where are the other 16?
