Hello again.
My rockman rig consists of a Sustainor 100 and a EQ. Since I’ve only one EQ now and I’m using it primarily for recording, would it make more sense to place it pre distortion? I reckon I can eq the output in my DAW. What’s the most powerful location for tone shaping out of the two?
Cheers, dudes.
Frank

I would try a pre-EQ first, then perhaps an EQ in the Sustainor loop.

I would start by putting it in the Sustainor loop, which is before the Sustainor distortion circuit. See how that does and then try some other lineups if you don't get what you want.Fdesalvo wrote:Since I’ve only one EQ now and I’m using it primarily for recording, would it make more sense to place it pre distortion?

Thank you, gang. I love it pre distortion.
